Terms of Service

Once a refund is approved and processed, the following legal terms apply:
Forfeiture of Intellectual Property: All design rights revert exclusively to The D-Zine Studio. You will retain no direct or indirect rights, ownership interest, or claims to any version of the designs, concepts, or work products provided by the company.
Restriction of Use: You are strictly prohibited from displaying, copying, distributing, or using any of the submitted concepts or final designs for any purpose.
Copyright Protection Enforcement: The D-Zine Studio collaborates with government copyright agencies to log copyright acquisition data for all refunded work. This formal registration legally restricts and monitors these assets to prevent their unauthorized reuse as original designs in the future.

Client Portal & Communication Policies

1. Client Account Portal
The “My Account” portal is the primary platform for project communication. It is the client’s sole responsibility to monitor this account area to address design queries, provide feedback, or supply additional instructions.
• A failure to monitor or utilize the account portal regularly does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
• If you require assistance or are unfamiliar with navigating the portal, you may contact our customer support team at any time for guidance.

2. Official Communication Policy
• Authorized Channels: Only electronic communications transmitted through our official email address, sales@the-dezinestudio.com, or via the client portal shall be deemed valid and binding.
• Exclusion of Liability: The D-Zine Studio assumes no responsibility for project delays, miscommunications, or damages resulting from correspondences conducted through unauthorized channels.
• Corporate Accountability: The company assumes full responsibility exclusively for information and commitments distributed through our official domains and authorized communication channels.

Quality Standards & Deliveries

3. Quality Assurance & Satisfaction Guarantee
The D-Zine Studio is committed to delivering well-researched, meticulously crafted design assets tailored to your specifications.
• To ensure absolute satisfaction, we provide a structured revision policy.
• We will continue to refine and revise your designs until your expectations are met, subject to the specific revision limits designated within your selected service package.

4. Delivery Policy
• Fulfillment: Completed orders will be delivered directly to the client portal on or before the date specified in the Order Confirmation. A formal notification will also be sent to the client’s registered email address.
• Turnaround Times: Standard delivery schedules vary by package, with a minimum production timeframe of two (2) business days.
• Expedited Requests: For urgent or rush orders, clients must coordinate directly with our customer support team to verify feasibility and potential rush fees.
• Website Deployment: Websites will only be launched live onto production servers once all outstanding balances and dues have been cleared in full. Under no circumstances will a website be deployed while an invoice remains unpaid.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

5. Design Ownership & Rights
Upon completion of the project, rights are transferred according to the following legal framework:
• Finalized Assets: Ownership transfer occurs only after the client submits a written finalization request. Following this confirmation, the client will receive all core source files and shall retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights to the final product.
• Usage Rights: The client is entirely free to use, register, and distribute the finalized design at their own discretion.
• Pre-Finalization Materials: The client does not acquire rights to any concepts, drafts, media, or preliminary materials generated during the revision cycles. All intermediate work product remains the exclusive intellectual property of The D-Zine Studio.

Opt-Out Policy

At The D-Zine Studio, we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you maintain full control over your personal data. If you prefer to restrict the communications you receive from us or wish to opt out of specific services, you may do so at any time by utilizing the methods outlined below.
