1. General Rules
• Approval & Revisions: Once you approve the initial concepts or request revisions, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Final Delivery: No refunds are given once final files are delivered, a website goes live, or a video storyboard is completed.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for a change of mind or personal reasons.
• Valid Reason Required: To get a refund, you must show that the design did not match your original brief. If it does not match, we will offer free revisions until you are satisfied rather than an immediate refund.
• Client Collaboration: Quality design requires your feedback. Clients must participate in the process to help us achieve the desired results.
• Contract Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable unless The D-Zine Studio cancels the contract for a reason other than your breach of contract or inactivity.
2. Refund Timeline (For Initial Logo Concepts)
If you apply for a refund before approving concepts or asking for revisions, the following timeline applies (all cash refunds are subject to a 10% service and processing fee):
• Before Concept Delivery: 100% refund.
• Within 48 Hours of Delivery: 66% refund.
• Between 48 and 120 Hours of Delivery: 33% refund.
• After 120 Hours: No refunds will be issued. However, please contact us so we can address your concerns.
3. Account Inactivity & Expiration
• 30-Day Inactivity: If you do not interact with us for 30 days after placing an order, your project becomes inactive and you lose your right to a refund.
• Reactivation Fee: To restart an inactive project, a reactivation fee will apply depending on the scope of the project.
4. Custom Packages & Bundles
• The same refund rules apply to both single services and custom packages.
• If you purchase a bundle (e.g., Logo + Web Design) and approve the logo, you can only request a refund for the web design portion of the package.
5. Non-Design Services (Not Eligible for Refunds)
Services that are not directly related to design are 100% non-refundable and are not covered by our money-back guarantee. If these services are part of a bundle, they cannot be used to claim a refund on the whole package. Non-refundable services include:
• Copyright Protection Certificates
• Website & Email Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Domain Purchases
• Website Maintenance or SEO Plans
• Social Media Marketing & Google AdWords Campaigns
Note: In special cases of dissatisfaction, management may choose to offer a partial refund for these services after a formal review.
6. Good Faith & Design Uniqueness
• Good Faith: Our money-back guarantee only applies to orders placed in good faith. If a client hires multiple agencies for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, we reserve the right to deny the request.
• Uniqueness Guarantee: If our designed logo is significantly similar to an existing design, we will completely redraw it for free. Any resemblance is purely coincidental. The D-Zine Studio is not liable for damages, and it is the client’s responsibility to copyright their final artwork.
7. Company Rights
• Project Rejection: The D-Zine Studio reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at our discretion.
• Design Ownership: Once a refund is issued, you forfeit all rights to the designs. They remain the sole property of The D-Zine Studio, and you may not use them for any purpose.
How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be formally submitted to our Customer Service department. We evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receiving your request, we will first attempt to address your concerns immediately through our standard revision policy. If a resolution cannot be reached, our accounts department will issue a formal refund approval via email.
